In order to comply with the implementation of the "Regulations" and based on the standards of the Ministry of Transport for vehicle axle types and axle load quality, we have developed a fully automatic highway dynamic axle load exceeding management system that meets the requirements of China's current management regulations. In order to meet the requirements of mobile detection in management departments, a portable highway dynamic axle load limit detector has been developed, providing a powerful means for the transportation department to implement effective limit management.

The workflow and principles are as follows:

1Install fixed dynamic electronic axle weighing scales on the road sections (or entrances) that require inspection.

2When the vehicle passes, the tire recognizer automatically identifies the vehicle model, and the vehicle end recognizer automatically determines whether the vehicle has passed as a whole. These two signals, along with the weighing signal of the scale, are transmitted to the weighing display.

3The weighing display dynamically processes the collected signals, displays the weight of the entire vehicle, and determines whether it is overloaded. This data is displayed on the large screen simultaneously, making it convenient for drivers to view. You can also upload detection data to the computer.
